Hartlepool Family Hubs offer a wide range of free support for parents to help you on your parenting journey. If you are unsure which would be best for you, or would like to book a place on any face to face session, please contact your Family Hub on 01429 292444.

Solihull Online Courses

Online courses to support parents and young people with their emotional wellbeing. Available to all young people and Hartlepool residents with the access code LIGHTHOUSE.

Togetherall

Hartlepool Borough Council is providing free access for residents aged 16+ to Togetherall – a safe, anonymous 24/7 online community for mental health and wellbeing support. 

EPEC Baby and Us

An 8 week group for parents that you can bring your baby along to, focused on sharing positive experiences with your baby through singing, touch and play; getting helpful tips and advice on sleeping, crying and feeding your baby; making friends with other parents and having fun together. 

EPEC Being a Parent

8 week group for parents, ran by parents. A 2 hour per week group which supports with feelings, play, understanding children’s behaviour, discipline and more.

With our online support offering, you can join virtually or you can access support whenever you need it - day or night.

The ABC of Arguing

3 hour workshop that will help you to think about how to deal with conflict in relationships, understand the impact of your own actions on others and reduce the levels of conflict in relationships.

Parenting when Separated

6 session group for separated parents where each parent attends a different group but cover the same topics. Parents are supported to understand the impact of their separation on their children and learn to work together effectively. This is ran jointly with Changing Futures.

Talking Teens

4 week course delivered in small groups for 2 hours per session. It focuses on relationships within the family, improving communication, how to negotiate with your teen and is a great place to learn new skills to reduce any conflict.
